The hotel has a prime location, the rooms are very clean, and the entire hotel staff is very kind and accommodating. If I'm not staying the night I also love to do a drop-in to the gym. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful.
Great location with an amazing fitness center/amenities. Slope Room was excellent as well. Highly recommend for dinner.
Gravity Haus and Dryland are special spots, full of relaxation and in a prime location. Start your morning with the gym and a golden latte (YUM!) or a craft coffee. Top it off with a hot tub soak for a start to your serene day. General Manager Nadine certainly knows how to run a great operation. Many thanks for this experience to Nadine!!!
The day pass spa/gym thingy was like the best thing I’ve ever done. They have everything you could ever possibly want. It was sort of affordable I guess. Make sure u park in vail village parking try to go after 3p I think it’s always free parking…
Staff here is super top-notch, everyone in all the roles always friendly and helpful! I love how much team spirit is here and as a second-year member I am so stoked to live by the shining star of the GH properties and train and work here often. Vail GH has everything a traveling, working athlete could want - a variety of workspaces (common to private office), a great variety of classes if you want and or a well-stocked gym with great equipment relevant to riding the mountain in all forms. Spa amenities are tops: dry sauna, steam room, salt room, cold plunge and hot tubs (outside w a peekaboo view of the mountain!) are amazing. Cynthia and Chrissie especially do an amazing job of blending professional attention with friendly interaction that really makes you feel taken care of and welcome. Top-notch trainers like Veronika and Dani focus on functional strength, balance and cardio that have taken my fitness to another level. So grateful! Thanks to Nadine too who is often busy yet accessible if you have a question and to everyone who makes this place run. YOU ROCK!
Gravity Haus in Vail is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the gorgeous architecture and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, complete with a cozy fireplace that added the perfect touch of warmth and ambiance. After a long day of activities, the hot tub was a welcome oasis – truly amazing! My only complaint is that the games in the lobby were either missing pieces or broken, which was a bit disappointing. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall fantastic experience. I highly recommend Gravity Haus for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Vail!
We had a great experience! It was our first time in vail and loved how close we were to everything. The room was perfect for our needs with two under two. The staff were excellent and very accommodating! Zero complaints. 10/10 stay
I booked a room at this hotel, but unfortunately, it was closed for renovation when I arrived. The staff were very supportive and helped me move to another hotel. They even gave me a gift as an apology. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!
